Just when you thought I couldn't get any stranger.....I don't think I shared these photos. During labor day weekend we were camping and instead of joining in the poker marathon, Bill and I decided to make an outdoor installation ala Andy Goldsworthy. We had just seen the documentary on him and were so impressed. We took the girls with us on hunting expeditions and collected all this stuff. Then we whittled little toothpicks to hold the leaves together. The shells were from the little beach at the campground (in lower Michigan) and the eye is drawn with a bit of leftover cinders from the fire pit. An acorn is in the center. We had a blast!
